Необходими продукти за 1 порция:
- Лозови листа – 100 гр.
- Кафяв ориз - 1 ч.ч.
- Лук – 3 глави
- Зехтин – 1 ч.ч.
- Лимони – 2 броя
- Магданоз – 20 гр.
- Копър – 10 гр.
- Черен пипер – на вкус
- Сол – на вкус
Начин на приготвяне:
Предварително попарваме пресните лозови листа във вряща вода. Запържваме лукът в половината от зехтина, след което прибавяме оризът и разбъркваме. Добавяме около 3 ч.ч. вода , заедно със всички подправки. Оставяме на умерен огън, докато водата попие. От така получената смес слагаме по 1 лъжица на всеки лозов лист и оформяме стегнати сърми. Поставяме ги плътно една до друга в тенджера и прибавяме и втората половина от зехтина, сол, гореща вода /да ги покрие/ и сока от лимоните. Върху тях поставяме чиния и варим около 30 мин. Сервираме ги топли с яйчено – лимонов сок.
Как най – лесно да сготвим кафявия ориз?
На първо място изплакнете старателно ориза, поне три пъти в студена вода. След това го оставете да кисне във вода най-малко половин час. Отцедете го и загрейте котлона на средна температура. Изсипете ориза в тенджера и го разбърквайте, като леко го запичате в същото време. Това трае няколко минути, докато оризът стане ароматен и зрънцата са почти сухи. Добавете вода, ч.л. сол и мазнина, а след като заври го похлупете. Оставете да ври най-малко 40 минути на бавен огън, спрете котлона и махнете капака след 15 минути. Така оризът става изключително вкусен и ароматен, може да го съчетаете с месо или зеленчуци по избор.
Друг много вкусен вариант за приготвяне на кафявия ориз е като се свари в зеленчуков, гъбен или месен бульон с предпочитаните подправки. Може да го овкусите с куркума, за да получите ароматен ориз със страхотен жълт цвят.
